Committee of the Whole

The City Council Committee of the Whole serves the following special roles:

Budget coordination.
Capital improvements program.
Planning coordination.
City manager evaluation.
Legislative program.
Review of issues or proposals involving more than one Council Committee.
Review of issues of an exceptional nature–referred by the Mayor, Standing Council Committee, or Council majority.
