The Overland Park Farmers’ Market is a vibrant public gathering place that builds community pride and spirit by bringing together shoppers of all ages and interests.
For more than 35 years, vendors have been providing farm-to-table food at the Downtown Overland Park Farmers’ Market.
Vendors offer customers a wide variety of products including fresh produce, local foods and unique specialty items. The Farmers’ Market helps you eat locally and in season while supporting your community.
We love dogs, but please leave them home when you visit the Market. In order to provide a clean and sanitary environment, pets other than service animals are not allowed under the Farmers’ Market pavilion during Market hours.

The Overland Park Farmers’ Market will reopen for the 2021 season on Saturday, April 17, as an essential food provider.
The City is proud to bring the open-air, distanced, walk-up market concept back to Matt Ross Community Center this spring.
Vendors will be spaced throughout the parking lots.
Shoppers and vendors must wear masks or face coverings where guests may be gathered and are unable to maintain six feet of distance.
Customers must observe social distancing. One family or group will be allowed at a booth at a time. Stay at least six feet away from other shoppers.
Self-service will be available for non-produce items such as meats, cheeses and packaged foods. Vendors will serve fresh produce to shoppers. Wash produce at home before consuming it.
Customers have several parking options in Downtown Overland Park, including under the Farmers’ Market pavilion, which will not be in use during Market events at Matt Ross Community Center.
The Edison District parking garage, Floyd Street east of Matt Ross Community Center, and other nearby on-street parking and public lots will be available.
If possible, pay at the market using digital payment formats.
Tokens will be available and will be sanitized between each use. Shoppers using tokens, EBT, or Double Up Food Bucks can visit the information booth near the parking area and staff will provide tokens.
If you must use cash, exact change is encouraged.

The Market is a gathering space for our entire community and presents a unique opportunity to reach your audience, whether you’re a sponsor or a performer.
Even in the heart of Downtown Overland Park, there’s always a space available for Market shoppers.
The City of Overland Park is considering possible options for improvement and expansion of the Farmers’ Market.
