The Overland Park Farmers’ Market is a vibrant public gathering place that builds community pride and spirit by bringing together shoppers of all ages and interests.
For 40 years, vendors have been providing farm-to-table food at the Downtown Overland Park Farmers’ Market.
Vendors offer shoppers a wide variety of products including fresh produce, local foods and unique specialty items. The Farmers’ Market helps you eat locally and in season while supporting your community.
We love dogs, but please leave them home when you visit the Market. In order to provide a clean and sanitary environment, pets other than service animals are not allowed at the Farmers’ Market.
Each year, the American Farmland Trust and the Farmers Market Coalition highlight the important role farmers markets play in communities across the nation while celebrating the farmers, staff, and volunteers that make markets happen, with a nationwide contest to name the favorite farmers market in the country.
This year, the Overland Park Farmers’ Market received 12,004 votes, more than any of the 7,000 markets across the country that participated. The market will receive a $5,000 cash prize to go toward marketing, communications, and other needs that help expand the market’s reach and impact.
Thanks for rooting for us!

Closed for the regular season.
Pets other than service animals are not allowed in the Farmers' Market.
The Overland Park Farmers’ Market will return to 7950 Marty Street in the spring of 2024.
The market layout will expand the footprint of the overall market out from under the Farmers’ Market pavilion and into nearby parking lots and onto Marty Street.
The expanded pavilion site allows vendors to provide more space between stalls, provides additional parking adjacent to the market site, including parking specifically for Farmers’ Market vendors, and adds nearby restrooms.
