Biography
Josh Beck was elected to the City Council in November 2025. Josh describes himself as a lucky husband, a proud dad, a person of faith and a servant leader who found success by being consistently committed to helping others.
Professionally, Josh is an experienced executive and entrepreneur. He is managing partner of a fast-growing business based in Overland Park that has received numerous awards for workplace culture, growth and innovation. A passionate entrepreneur, Josh previously launched and led his own small business after serving in executive roles for non-profit organizations.
Josh is driven to engage collaboratively with others to support our community and solve complex problems. He serves on the Blue Valley Schools BEST Committee and formerly served as Chair of the Board for the Overland Park Chamber of Commerce. Josh is also a proud graduate of Leadership Overland Park and a member of the Young Presidents Organization.
