Marty Pool was decommissioned in 2022.
The City’s Parks Master Plan reflects the closure of Marty Pool as a long term strategy to convert the site into a neighborhood park. The pool shares land with Fire Station 41. The upcoming replacement of the fire station will change the footprint of the facility, eliminating parking associated with the pool.
The design process for Marty Park will begin in 2023. Construction will begin near completion of the new fire station.
