The Farmstead is the perfect place to host your cowpoke’s perfect day.
Birthday Party Package
The $225 Farmstead birthday party package includes:
- Admission to the Farmstead for 30 people. Additional admission tickets can be purchased for $5 each.
- Use of the party corral for 1.5 hours
- 20 general activity tickets that can be used for fishing or wagon rides
- A t-shirt and cowboy hat for the birthday child
Party corrals include one 14-foot picnic table for seating and two 8-foot tables for refreshments and gifts.
Guests and hosts can purchase additional activity tickets for $3 each, additional t-shirts for $16.50 each and additional hats for $3.75 each.

On Your Party Day
Guests may bring prepared food, ice and beverages to the party corral.
Hosts can arrive 20 minutes early to set up. Enter the Farmstead through the birthday party entrance on the east side of the facility near the white farmhouse.
Parking is available in the east parking lots, along with a loading area. Follow the signs for birthday party parking. Additional parking is available in the main parking lot.
Party guests should enter the Farmstead and access birthday party corrals through the birthday party entrance near the white farmhouse, east of the main entry building.
Party Rental Rules + Regulations
Guests may bring prepared food, ice and beverages to the party corral. There are no grills or electricity available in the corrals.
Renter may arrive 20 minutes early to set up. Enter the Farmstead through the birthday party entrance on the east side of the facility near the white farmhouse. Parking and a loading area are available in the east parking lots. Additional parking is available in the main parking lot.
Renter will be responsible for setting up before and cleaning up after the rental. All items must be removed from the corral by the end of the rental period. Please put all waste and trash in the proper disposal containers.
Please note that this is an uncovered, outdoor space. You can bring your own 10’ by 10’ or smaller pop up canopy, but there are no provisions provided for rain.
While the Party Package comes with a 1.5-hour corral rental, guests are welcome to stay and play in the rest of the Farmstead until the Farmstead closes at 5 p.m.
Prohibited at the Farmstead
- Balloons
- Mylar or plastic confetti (biodegradable allowed)
- Alcoholic beverages
- Motorized vehicles except mobility scooters and wheelchairs
- Fires, fireworks
- Weapons of any kind
- Bikes, skateboards and roller skates
No grill or electricity is available in the corrals
The Farmstead cannot be used for any commercial enterprise.
Pavilion Rental
The Pavilion is available to rent for full days during the season. The Pavilion rental is from 9 a.m.-5 p.m.
Cost
The rental cost is $750.
Admission
Admission for up to 150 guests is included in the rental. Children two years old and younger are free and are not included in the admission total. Additional guests will be charged $5/person.
Facility
Twenty picnic tables are available for use in the Pavilion. Additional buffet tables are available upon request. Electrical outlets are located throughout the Pavilion. (No grill available.)
Food
Outside food, whether catered or provided by guests, is permitted with a Pavilion rental. A large area is provided for caterers to park and set up a cooking or serving station.
The Farmstead cannot be used for any commercial enterprise.
Cancellations + Rainouts
Requests for refunds must be submitted at least 14 days in advance of the rental date. All refunds are equal to the total amount paid, less a $10 change fee.
The Farmstead may cancel your reservation due to inclement weather. You will be notified if cancellation is necessary. The Farmstead will post closing or cancellation information on the rainout number: 913-897-2360, ext. 4. If the Farmstead must cancel a reservation due to weather conditions, you will be provided with the opportunity to reschedule or receive a full refund.
If your group decides to cancel a party because of weather but the Farmstead is open, the reservation cannot be refunded or rescheduled.
