Streetlight Repairs

The city owns and maintains more than 19,300 street lights to help keep our roads safe and bright.

Crews regularly check street lights, but we also ask residents to report when lights are out in their area. Request street light repairs on OPCares.

Graffiti Removal

City staff will remove graffiti on public city property.

Graffiti containing gang symbols or insensitive content is given the highest priority and is removed or covered within 72 hours of reporting.

On Private Property

Graffiti removal on private property is the owner’s or tenant’s responsibility. To report vandalism or graffiti to police, call 913-895-6300 or file an OPCares request.
