Police Department Internships

The Overland Park Police Department internship program is designed to allow college students an opportunity to observe police department operations, learn more about the law enforcement environment and be mentored by trained professionals.  In addition, interns will learn about and participate in the various police department functions.

The internship is a 40 hour per week program that runs from June 3 through July 26 in 2024. The internship pays $15 per hour.
