The Overland Park Farmers' Market builds a sense of community. It creates a vibrant public gathering place that builds community pride and spirit by bringing together residents of all ages and interests.

For more than 30 years, vendors have been providing farm-to-table food at the Downtown Overland Park Farmers' Market.

Vendors offer customers a wide variety of products including fresh produce, local foods and unique specialty items. The Farmers' Market helps you eat locally and in season while supporting your community.

Due to health code regulations, no dogs or pets are allowed at the Farmers' Market, excluding service pets.

Farmers' Market Open House and Study

Overland Park is working with a consultant to study possible options for improvement and expansion of the Market.

In October, the consultant presented preliminary findings to the Community Development Committee and in mid November to current vendors and interested residents. It is anticipated that the City Council will receive its first presentation on the four proposals in 2018. There is no money budgeted to complete any of the four proposals.

The city clearly understands the market is a tremendous success. Any action taken would be to ensure its continued viability. Final Presentation Overland Park Farmers' Market Proposal
