The following facilities are closed on Saturday, January 24 and Sunday, January 25 due to inclement weather.

  • Club 27 Restaurant

Young’s Pool

One of the City’s largest pools, Young’s Pool makes its mark with a 31-foot-tall water slide that dares guests to take the plunge.

Young’s Pool is heated. Other features include:

  • Olympic-size pool
  • 25-meter lap lane
  • Flume body slide with 200 feet of twists and turns
  • Diving boards
  • More than 12.5 feet deep diving well
  • Zero-depth pool with cooling fountains
  • Fountains at the youth pool
  • Whale slide at the youth pool

The pool has plenty of shade and is surrounded by grassy areas for laying out or relaxing.

Memberships are available for purchase in person at the City’s community centers and at the outdoor pools during operating hours.

Pool Rules

Hourly Swim Break

  • Takes place at the top of every hour for 10 minutes.
  • Adults ages 18+ may remain in the water.
  • Allows lifeguards to complete a full bottom sweep of the pool.
  • Ideal time for young guests to use the restroom, drink water, reapply sunscreen and rest.

Weather Safety

  • Pools temporarily close if lightning is detected within 12 miles.
  • All guests must clear the pool deck.
  • Refunds are not issued for weather-related closures.
