Parents and spectators must remain in the designated area of the pool during swim lessons, unless authorized by the swimming lesson coordinator.

Ages: 2 years – 5 years
Skills to be learned: holding breath, bobbing, kicking, backstroke arms, recovery above water, blowing bubbles, pushing off wall, jumping in, dolphin kick, breaststroke pull
Ages: 3 or older
Skills to be learned: gradual water adaptation, movement in the water, holding breath and release, submersion of the face, opening eyes underwater, blowing bubbles, wall bobs
Ages: 3 or older
Skills to be learned: front float and recover, front glide and recover, back float and recover, back glide and recover, jumping bobs, streamline bobs
Ages: 3 or older
Skills to be learned: porpoising, front kick, back kick, dolphin kick, glide, and recover, seesaw body movement, sitting on a kickboard sculling
