Temporary lane closures on 103rd Street begin Sept. 27

Temporary lane closures along 103rd Street between Antioch and Lowell Avenue begin Wednesday, September 27 for construction as part of the Brookridge Perimeter Street Improvements project. 

Closures consist of both eastbound and westbound lanes of 103rd Street. Detours using Antioch, 95th Street and Nall Avenue will be marked.

Starting on September 29, the detour will then be routed via Antioch, 95th Street and Metcalf Avenue, once the closures on the eastside and westside of 103rd and Metcalf are completed.

103rd Street, Antioch to Brookridge Entrance

Both directions of 103rd Street between Antioch Road and the Brookridge Golf & Fitness entrance will close beginning September 27. Drivers may continue to access the entrance to Brookridge Golf & Fitness east of the closure. The closure is expected to last 14 days.

103rd Street, Brookridge Entrance to Lowell Avenue

Both directions of 103rd Street between the Brookridge Golf & Fitness entrance to Lowell Avenue will close beginning October 9. Drivers may continue to access the entrance to Brookridge Golf & Fitness west of the closure. The closure is expected to last seven days. 

The Brookridge Perimeter Street Improvements project includes improvements to the area of 103rd and Antioch as part of the Brookridge Redevelopment Agreement. This project will be completed at the developer’s expense to accommodate changing traffic patterns and help comply with the area’s zoning stipulations.
