Get ready to go green! Recycling Extravaganza returns April 20

Spring clean sustainably! Recycle and donate unwanted items or dispose of them responsibly at the Recycling Extravaganza on April 20 from 9 a.m.-3 p.m. at the Black & Veatch Campus, 11401 Lamar.

Recycle and donate items not collected by routine curbside recycling that may otherwise end up in a landfill. Whether you have electronic gadgets gathering dust, gently used clothing taking up space in your closet, or old tires taking over your garage, Recycling Extravaganza is an opportunity to declutter your home sustainably.

Disposal + Recycling:

  • Medications
  • Tires (up to eight tires per visitor)
  • Electronics and small appliances (weighing less than 10 pounds) Please note that there is a $20 fee per television.
