Forward OP

Forward OP was a process to create a community vision and strategic plan, outlining a roadmap for continued success over the next 20 to 25 years.

Adopted in 2018, Forward OP gave the community a chance to reflect and collectively shape Overland Park’s future. The plan draws on input from residents invested in making the city a place to thrive, succeed and prosper.

The vision aligns key aspects of community life and sets goals with specific actions for Overland Park to achieve them.
