Forward OP is a community vision developed with public input from hundreds of people. The vision document provides a framework for our city to lead as a forward-thinking, innovative and welcoming community.
Special area studies address development needs or issues in specific areas of the city and include neighborhood or corridor studies, design concept plans, and studies that result in future land-use plans and goals for newly annexed areas.
The City’s Unified Development Ordinance is the legal tool regulating land use within City limits. The City began a two-year process of updating the UDO in 2024.
