The Land Bank Board of Trustees acquires, maintains and sells abandoned properties to help address challenges caused by distressed real estate.
The board works to eliminate blight, strengthen neighborhood stability, expand opportunities for affordable and mixed-income housing and support economic development.
All meetings are open to the public.

The City Council and the Planning and Development Services Department director make up the board. When the board is active, the Mayor serves as the chair, the Council President serves as the vice chair and the Planning and Development Services Department director serves as the secretary and treasurer.
The board is not currently active and holds no assets.
