Centrally located in Overland Park and welcoming for all types of events, Tomahawk Ridge Community Center is a great place to host meetings, private events, and even weddings.
Tomahawk Ridge Community Center staff provide first-class customer service for rental groups. We offer a variety of flexible spaces, from a small conference room to a large reception space. You’ll find everything you need for a great experience when hosting an event, for business or pleasure, in one of our rooms.

Rental Hours
Tomahawk Ridge Community Center rental rates are defined by the center’s normal operating hours. Rates are classified as
- Regular: 5:30 a.m.- 10 p.m., Monday through Friday,
- Prime: 7 a.m.-8 p.m. on Saturdays, and 10 a.m.-8 p.m. on Sundays, or,
- After-hours: any time outside the above mentioned hours, and when the community center is normally closed. (Currently Unavailable)

The crest, pinnacle, and summit rooms are the perfect place to host several mid-size, or one large event.
These rooms provide easy access to the parking lot, entryway, and art gallery at Tomahawk Ridge Community Center. Cool-toned decor creates a welcoming atmosphere with windows that fill the rooms with natural lighting.
Each room can be reserved individually, with one other room, or all three can be combined for a large event in the 4,000 square-foot multipurpose room.

The classroom at Tomahawk Ridge Community Center is the perfect place for instructional events up to 54 participants.
Two neutral-colored walls and new flooring balance the accompanying blue-toned accent walls. A large skylight floods the dynamic space with natural light.

The conference room is a professional space for private meetings located on the northwest side of Tomahawk Ridge Community Center.

One full-size gymnasium is available for basketball, volleyball, pickleball, and other gym activities and training.
Discount Packages
Multipurpose Room Package
A rental that includes all three multipurpose rooms for a minimum of six consecutive hours can receive a discount of 20%. All rental time must
be within the regular facility hours.
After-Hours Full Facility Package
A full facility after-hours rental is available at a discount of 25% with a minimum of six-hour rental. This rental package will also include a maximum of two hours of setup at no charge.
The full facility rental package includes the lobby and pre-convene area, multipurpose rooms, classroom, and gymnasium. It does not include the fitness area, child watch, fitness studios, or offices.
