Fitness Assessments

The fitness assessment is designed to educate Matt Ross Community Center members about their current level of fitness for cardiovascular recovery, strength and flexibility.

Participants receive general recommendations based on test results. Based on the results of a fitness assessment, you may want to consider signing up for a personalized training program.

The test includes:

  • A blood pressure check
  • Body weight and composition analysis
  • Push up and curl up tests to determine torso strength
  • A three-minute step test to determine cardiovascular endurance
  • Sit and reach test to determine flexibility

There is a $40 fee per fitness assessment.
