The fitness assessment is designed to educate Matt Ross Community Center members about their current level of fitness for cardiovascular recovery, strength and flexibility.
Participants receive general recommendations based on test results. Based on the results of a fitness assessment, you may want to consider signing up for a personalized training program.

There is a $40 fee per fitness assessment.
Our nationally-certified instructors devise a personal program that will take you to a new fitness level. One-on-one training will show you how to draw the line between pushing yourself and overdoing it.
Personal training begins with an interview and planning session.
All sessions are one hour long with certified trainers.
