Here are ten opportunities for you to explore:

Overland Park’s more than 80 parks and open spaces make spring the perfect time to get outdoors! Pack a picnic and take in the beautiful spaces available throughout the city. 

  1. Traverse the trails.

Embark on an adventure along the Indian Creek and Tomahawk Creek trails, spanning miles and connecting parks, neighborhoods, schools and recreational facilities.

  1. Discover the not-so-secret botanical gardens.

Spend a day surrounded by nature at the Overland Park Arboretum & Botanical Gardens. Explore diverse gardens, hiking trails and engaging educational opportunities.
