Parade of Hearts spreading love and art throughout OP

The Parade of Hearts is back! Overland Park is hosting six heart-themed public sculptures this summer, each by a local artist showcasing their love for the Kansas City region.

You can spot the hearts at:

  • McCarthy Honda, 7979 Metcalf Ave.
  • The University of Kansas Health System – Indian Creek Campus, 10790 Nall Ave.
  • Jewish Community Center of Greater KC, 5801 W. 115th St.
  • Blue Valley Recreation Baseball Complex, 9701 W. 137th St.
  • Price Chopper, 7201 W. 151st St.
  • LongHouse Visitor Center, 9209 W. 179th St.

The unique design of each five-foot heart features whimsical, celebratory, abstract and thought-provoking designs.

Create your own scavenger hunt, traveling throughout Overland Park for pictures of hearts close to home, or expand your search by visiting all 101 hearts across the metro.

Don’t miss your chance to see these masterpieces before they’re removed for auction in mid-August. Find all heart installations and artist information using the Parade of Hearts mobile app, or check out theparadeofhearts.com to learn more.
