Residents must register by Thursday, June 1 in order to vote in the Overland Park special election for a dedicated three-eighths cent sales tax. To register to vote, visit the Johnson County Election Office website.
Voters who registered before May 23 will automatically receive their ballot in the mail in early June.
The election office must receive all ballots by noon on June 22.
