It may be winter, but the City of Overland Park already has summer on the mind. We’re gearing up for pool season, and we’re looking for energetic, dependable people to join our Aquatics team.
Lifeguarding in Overland Park offers more than a paycheck. It’s a chance to spend your summer outside, build real-world skills and make a difference in your community. Best of all, no prior lifeguarding experience is required. The City provides free training and ongoing support so you feel confident from day one.
With pay starting at $15.25 per hour, lifeguarding is a great opportunity for teens and college students to earn extra money while gaining leadership and teamwork experience in a rewarding environment.
