Hop aboard and explore Downtown Overland Park!
Starting Saturday, June 7, you can catch a free ride from City Hall to the heart of downtown every Saturday through July 26. Whether you’re a longtime local or visiting for the first time, this is your ticket to ride.
The shuttle makes it easier than ever to spend more time downtown. Browse farm-fresh goodies at the Farmers’ Market, grab coffee, shop local or enjoy a meal with friends.
Forget circling for parking or stressing about parking limits. Just hop on, hop off and enjoy the day your way.
“This shuttle service makes visiting Downtown OP even easier,” said Mayor Curt Skoog. “It’s my hope that visitors and residents will come for the Farmers’ Market and stay for our wonderful downtown shops and restaurants before hopping a ride home.”
Buses will run every Saturday from 7:30 a.m. to 3 p.m., with four convenient stops and a full loop approximately every 15 minutes. Look for the sandwich boards to wait for each stop.
Plan to make a morning or a whole day of it. We’ll save you a seat!
