Description
A new public park is on the way to south Overland Park at 159th and Quivira. The City is beginning the conceptual design of Bietigheim-Bissingen Park, named in honor of our sister city in Germany, and we need your input.
What features would you like to see at this park?
Join us for our first public meeting to talk to Parks and Recreation staff, and let us know what your park priorities are. A Plan Your Park meeting will be held on Wednesday, April 12 at Wilshire by the Lake Clubhouse located at 11203 W. 157th between 6 p.m. and 8 p.m.
We will hold two additional public meetings as the design process continues. Construction for this park is scheduled to begin in 2024.
