Overland Park Fall Festival

Join the City of Overland Park for a true community celebration!

The Overland Park Fall Festival features a hometown parade through Downtown Overland Park, the county’s best arts and crafts fair, the state’s best Farmers’ Market, three concerts, fantastic food and much more!

This is a free event hosted by the City of Overland Park and the Downtown Overland Park Partnership, with special help from presenting sponsor Friends of the Overland Park Arts.

Farmers’ Market

Overland Park Farmers’ Market vendors will be selling farm-fresh produce, meats, cheeses, and specialty items under the pavilion starting at 8 a.m.


The parade will feature high school bands, scout groups, local businesses, classic cars, dance troupes and so much more, starting at 10 a.m.

Arts + Crafts Fair

More than 100 artisans from across the midwest will bring clothing, home goods, holiday decor, soaps, toys, gifts, and more to Downtown Overland Park for the day. The craft fair will be open 8 a.m.-5 p.m.

Children’s Performances

Little ones can see roving performers throughout the Fall Festival site all day.

Food Trucks + Vendors

In addition to the vendors of the Overland Park Farmers’ Market and restaurants in Downtown Overland Park, many food vendors and food trucks will participate in the Fall Festival. Stay tuned for a full list of vendors.

About the Event


We encourage you to ride the shuttle if you’ll be visiting Downtown Overland Park on Fall Festival day.

Park at Shawnee Mission West High School, 8800 W. 85th Street. A shuttle will run every 15-20 minutes from the school to the InterUrban Art House at 80th and Conser. You can catch the shuttle in the same spot to return to your car.

The shuttle will run from 7:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.


There are many spaces available in City lots and along the streets. Some parking lots and streets will be closed the day of the event. Street closures will be in effect from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m.

What to Bring

Bring a lawn chair or blankets for seating along the parade route.

Glass containers are not allowed along the parade route or under the Farmers’ Market pavilion.

Leashed, well-behaved dogs are allowed along the parade route, but are not allowed under the Farmers’ Market pavilion during Market hours.

If you’ll be joining us for the parade, we encourage you bring folding chairs or a blanket and arrive early to find a spot along Santa Fe Drive.
