Experience the magic of Night at the Arboretum during the New Moon phase. This is the perfect time of the year to observe faint celestial objects like galaxies and star clusters without any interference from moonlight. The Astronomical Society of Kansas City will provide telescopes for optimal stargazing. Family-friendly activities kick off at 6 p.m., and the Arboretum closes at 9 p.m. This experience is free with regular Arboretum admission and is open to stargazers of all ages.
