Description

The City is taking the final step prior to drafting a plan for the 79th Street Corridor study. This open house will be an opportunity to view draft recommendations for the corridor based on two rounds of public engagement and share comments before the plan is finalized.

This is the third round of public engagement for the 79th St. Corridor Plan Study. The plan considers ways to make 79th Street a safer and more inviting place for pedestrians, cyclists, and users of all abilities. The City held an initial public open house in November of 2023 to educate the public on the study and gather initial ideas and an open house in January 2024 to share initial concepts.
