Bids + Proposals

The city advertises for bids online and in the official city newspaper for all purchases of supplies, equipment and services that exceed $75,000, and for all public improvement projects that exceed $75,000.

The public is invited to bid openings. These generally are held at 2 p.m., in the Council Chamber of City Hall, 8500 Santa Fe Drive.

E-Bidding

The City has an agreement with Quest Construction Data Network, LLC, for electronic bidding for select projects. Electronic bids will be designated as E-Bids on the table below.

E-Bid documents can be downloaded electronically for a non-refundable fee of $20.00 by providing the QuestCDN project number on the project search page on the Quest website.
