The following forms will assist defendants in conducting court business online.

Continuance Requests

Defendants or attorneys may request a continuance online. Judges will determine whether motions will be granted. Continuances are not guaranteed.

Defendants whose attorneys file motion to continue forms do not need to do so themselves.

Motions received on the same date as your trial will not be considered by the court, and you must appear as scheduled.

Record Request Form

Request a record using the request request form, which is available in English and Spanish.

Submit a completed and signed form, with identification, in person, by mail, or fax it to 913-327-5760.
