MRCC Fitness Center

Walking/Jogging TrackThe fitness center at Matt Ross has top-of-the line cardio equipment, resistance training and free weights for all levels as well as a fitness track.

Youth (ages 12-15) must attend an equipment orientation with a parent before working out on the fitness floor.

Fitness Track

The two lane track circles the fitness floor and overlooks the gymnasiums. One lane is for walking; one is for jogging (10 laps = 1 mile). Signs above the track indicate which direction to move for the day.

Weights

Weight Lifting at the MRCC

For those wanting to lift weights or do cardio, MRCC offers personal training, fitness assessments and equipment orientation on Life Fitness Selectorized and free weight equipment.

Other Equipment

We offer a variety of cardio equipment, available for all fitness levels.
