Our nationally certified instructors devise a personal program that will take you to a new fitness level. One-on-one training shows you how to draw the line between pushing yourself and overdoing it. Clients must be interviewed prior to scheduling sessions. Fees vary.
The fitness assessment is designed to educate members about their current level of fitness for cardiovascular recovery, strength and flexibility. Participants receive general recommendations based on test results. (Consider signing up for a personalized training program based on your results.)
The test includes:
- Blood pressure check
- Body weight and composition
- Push up and curl up tests (torso strength)
- Three-minute step test (cardiovascular)
- Sit and reach (flexibility)
