J.B. Kim, 2020 Teacher of the Year. The PGA presents this award to instructors who implement unusual, innovative and special teaching programs and teach outstanding golfers. Kim also received the Teacher of the Year award in 2018. He is a PGA Certified Instructor at Overland Park Golf.

Maureen Olson, 2020 Player Development Award. The PGA recognizes leading professionals for their contributions in helping others develop, both on a national level and at their own facility. The PGA also recognized Olson with the 2020 Youth Player Development Award, which celebrates the professional who is involved with promotion and development of junior golf at the club and national level. Olson also received the Player Development Award in 2016. She is the PGA director of instruction at Overland Park Golf.

Curt Nelson, 2019 Golf Professional of the Year. The PGA Midwest Section recognizes a PGA member who demonstrates performance and achievement over five years at his or her facility, service to the Midwest Section and Association, leadership and inspiration ability, and the promotion of the game of golf. Curt is the General Manager for the Overland Park Golf Division and a PGA Master Professional, which is the PGA of America’s highest membership status.
