Overland Park needs your feedback

We’re looking for your feedback about City communications.

Beginning next week, about 3,000 households in Overland Park will receive a survey in the mail focused on City communications.

The survey is legitimate and will measure your level of satisfaction with the City’s communication efforts. It will also gather your ideas about ways to better communicate with you in the future.

The survey asks what types of topics you want to know about from the City, including parks and recreation topics, development topics, upcoming events and more. It also asks how often you want to hear from us and in what format.

If you receive a copy of the survey in the mail, please fill it out and return it to ETC Institute in the self-addressed, stamped envelope that accompanies the survey.

ETC Institute administers this anonymous survey and will compile the survey results and provide a comprehensive report to the City.
