The westbound I-435 to northbound U.S. 69 ramp will fully close to traffic at 9 p.m. on June 9 for temporary striping and barrier wall placement. Detours will be marked, and the ramp will reopen by 6 a.m. on June 10.
The Kansas Department of Transportation’s project will build a new express toll lane in each direction adjacent to the existing general-purpose lanes to increase safety and improve congestion in the area.
