Overland Park wants your input on services

August 3, 2018

Overland Park's 2018 citywide satisfaction survey will arrive in many mailboxes soon.

If you receive the survey, please take a few minutes to fill it out and share your feedback.

Among other things, the survey addresses the quality of the following services, programs, and amenities in Overland Park:

  • public safety
  • city parks and facilities
  • recreation programs
  • maintenance of city streets and property
  • traffic flow management
  • stormwater management
  • code and ordinance enforcement
  • communication efforts
  • city leadership
  • the city's customer service management tool, OPCares.

ETC Institute administers the city's survey, and will mail it about 6,000 Overland Park homes today.

ETC will mail, call, or email, randomly-selected residents until at least 1,300 responses are recorded.

All responses are confidential.

Overland Park conducts a citywide survey every two years to measure resident satisfaction. The results of the most recent survey, administered in 2016, are available on our website.
