Most-Spirited Holiday Home Contest
Overland Park residents, submit a photo of the outside of your home decorated for the holidays to be considered for the Most-Spirited Holiday Home contest.
It could be lights, garland, wreaths, inflatables, or other decorations on your porch, driveway, deck or yard!
To enter the contest, submit one photo of your home’s decoration now through Thursday, Dec. 14. Only Overland Park homes are eligible for entry. Check back for a link after the submission deadline to vote for your favorite decorations! Voting will end at noon on Thursday, Dec. 21.
We will notify the winner and announce the winning home on social media Friday, Dec. 22.
Winners will receive bragging rights that extend through the New Year and their choice of up to six, one-day admission passes to any of the following attractions:
- Deanna Rose Children’s Farmstead (Opens for the season on April 1, 2024)
- Matt Ross Community Center
- Overland Park Arboretum & Botanical Gardens
- Tomahawk Ridge Community Center

In the entry form, residents can opt-in to include their homes on our holiday lights map. Once the entries start rolling in, we’ll share a map of this year’s submissions so you can view the lights in-person.
