Bids and Proposals

The city advertises for bids online and in the official city newspaper for all purchases of supplies, equipment and services that exceed $30,000, and for all public improvement projects that exceed $50,000.

The public is invited to bid openings. They generally are held at 2 p.m. in the Council Chamber of City Hall, 8500 Santa Fe Drive.

E-Bidding

The City recently signed an agreement with Quest Construction Data Network, LLC, to implement electronic bidding for select projects. Electronic bids will be designated as E-Bids on the table below.

E-Bid documents can be downloaded electronically for a non-refundable fee of $20.00 by providing the QuestCDN Project Number on the Project Search Page on the Quest website www.questcdn.com.
