Overland Park Fall Festival

The EldersKids anxiously sitting on the street curbs and parents waiting for the next act can only mean one thing - the Downtown Overland Park Fall Festival, Saturday, September, 27...free admission for all.

The festival features:

  • Johnson County's best Arts and Crafts Fair
  • Three stages of free concerts;
  • Free children's entertainment and kid-friendly activities, including moonwalks, an inflatable obstacle course, and other fun options;
  • Food booths, offering everything from lemonade and hot dogs to hamburgers, ice cream, and
  • 3 p.m. Headline Performance - The Elders.

Sat., Sept. 27 (Rain or shine)

If rain, Matt Ross Community Center serves as a lightening shelter. In case of severe weather, there may be a late start to some activities or a partial shut down of other activities. Please check city website day of for changes.

Locations

  • Craft Fair & Bandstand: Santa Fe Commons Park, 8045 Santa Fe Drive
  • FaVendor boothsrmers' Market: Downtown Pavilion, north of 80th Street.between Overland Park Drive and Marty Street
  • Parade Grand
  • stand: At the Clock Tower, on Santa Fe Drive between 79th and 80th streets.
  • Parade marches from 79th & Floyd down to Santa Fe Drive - past the Roundabout, bus pick up at Overland Park Elementary School.

Bring your lawn chair or blanket for seating at the parade and for concerts.

  • Farmers' Market: 6:30 a.m. to 3 p.m.
  • Craft Fair: 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
  • Parade: 10 a.m.-11:15 a.m.
  • Classic Car Show: 9 a.m.-3 p.m.
