Citywide Survey

Residents continue to think the city is a great place to live, work and raise a family based on results from the 2017 citywide survey.

Overland Park works with the ETC Institute to conduct citywide surveys of residents. These surveys measure residents' level of satisfaction with municipal services, programs and amenities. The data is used for continuing analysis and comparison with previous survey results and ETC benchmarks. In 2016, more than 1,700 residents provided feedback through this survey.
