The market opens at 6:30 a.m. Saturday and 7:30 a.m. Wednesday.
For the past 30 years, fresh produce has been sold at the Overland Park Farmers' Market,
located on Marty Street, between 79th and 80th streets.
The market is open Saturday from 6:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. April 14 through Oct. 27 and
Wednesday from 7:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. June 6 through Sept. 26.
The Farmers' Market continues to be a place for community development where patrons can interact with local growers and make informed decisions about purchases by meeting the very people
that grew it from seed to table.
Food and Specialty Vendors are an added value to the Farmers' Market, demonstrating the many
ways that local produce can be used to create additional tasty treats, nutritious
snacks and artisan products.
