Lace up those tennies because it's time for the seventh annual Georgia's Chicken Fun Run for children at the Deanna Rose Children's Farmstead.

Check in: 7:30 a.m.

The chicken dance will be held at 8:30 a.m. followed by the first race. The awards ceremony will be at 9:45 a.m.

Girls and boys will run/walk separately in each division, except babies and adults:

• Ages 2 and under "Baby Walk"
• Ages 3-4 run/walk for 1/8 mile
• Ages 5-6 run/walk 1/4 mile
• Ages 7-8 run/walk 1/4 mile
• Ages 9-10 run/walk 1/4 mile
• Ages 11-12 run/walk 1/4 mile
• Adults (13 and older) run/walk 1/4 mile

The cost is $15 per child. Proceeds benefit the Deanna Rose Children's Farmstead.

All participants will receive a gift bag and a medal. Trophies will go to the winners of each division.
