As individuals join the organization, each brings their own values and beliefs. When these values and beliefs are strong and righteous, they are referred to as character. When the character of these individuals instills values and principles directly into the fabric of an organization, it is leadership.
Each of these individuals below have spent a lifetime practicing and exercising the principles and values sacred to them. Through their position and personal persuasiveness, each convinced others that the values they held as important should become central features in the collective value system of this department.
