How to apply:

1. Make sure you meet or can meet all qualifications and rules.
   
   
2. Print and complete an application (.pdf file)
   
   
3. Include two letters of recommendation from adults that are not related to you (i.e. teacher, chaplain, coach).
   
   
4. Return the application and letters of recommendation to Julie Harper by April 25:

Selection of participants:

Camp Inferno is limited to 20 participants.

The camp will be filled on the basis of random selection of the applications that are received prior to the application deadline. Only COMPLETE applications that have two letters of recommendation will be eligible for the random selection.

All applicants agree that if they are not selected, this action shall create no liability on the part of the City of Overland Park because of such rejection, and the filing of any application shall constitute an agreement of the applicant to these conditions.

You will need to print and submit the following items with appropriate signatures by May 11:

• A 500-word essay, "My hero is... because..."
• A $25 application fee (check or money order payable to OPFD)
• Signed medical form
• Signed Participant Release of Liability form (.pdf file)
• Signed Ironwoods liability form (.pdf file)
• Signed Ironwoods health form (.pdf file)
• Completed physical
