Standard Refund Policy (exceptions listed below)
Refunds will be given if a written request is received by Leisure Services
before the first class begins. The department reserves the right to cancel
any activity or program due to low enrollment. If the department cancels
a program, all fees will be refunded.
- Art
at the Center
Entry fees are non-refundable.
- Summer Enrichment
Refunds will be given if a written request is received by Leisure Services in accordance with the policy below. The department reserves the right to cancel any activity due to low enrollment. If the department cancels an activity, all fees will be refunded.- 100 percent refund prior to May 1
- 80 percent refund May 1-31
- 50 percent refund June 1 until activity date.
- There is a $5 change fee (per change) to transfer enrollment to another time.
- Memberships
Pool memberships are not refundable.Community center memberships require a written request within one week of purchase. Daily fees will be charged against refund. Memberships are not transferable. Daily fees are not refundable.
- Swim Lessons
Refunds must be requested prior to the close of registration (i.e., the Thursday prior to start of class). Refunds will not be given after registration has closed except when an illness or injury has occurred prior to the first day of class or when the class is cancelled due to lack of participation. All requests for refund must be submitted, in writing, to the Aquatics office prior to the first day of class. There will be a $5 processing fee per child, per class, for all changes and cancellations once registration has taken place.
- Arts and Crafts Fair
All cancellations must be received in writing 30 days prior to the event date for a refund of entry fees.
- Rental Facilities
Cancellations must be submitted in writing, at least two weeks in advance of the rental date. A $10 cancellation fee will be assessed. Any requests from 13 to seven days in advance may be considered for a 50 percent refund. Any requests for refund submitted less than seven days in advance will not be accepted.
- Deanna Rose Children's Farmstead
Cancellations must be submitted in writing, with the original permit, at least 14 business days prior to date of use in order to receive a full refund less the $5 permit fee. In case of inclement weather on the day of use, the party may be rescheduled to any available time slot at no additional charge. If you are unable to reschedule, you will be refunded $85.
