Let our nationally certified instructors devise a personal program that will take you to a new fitness level. One-on-one personal training shows you how to draw the line between pushing yourself and overdoing it.

Member Fees: $50 per single session;
$140 for four sessions plus $30 each
additional session; or
$200 for four sessions and you can bring a partner.
