Fee: $40
The fitness assessment is designed to educate people about their current level of fitness for cardiovascular recovery, strength and flexibility.
The test includes:
- Blood pressure check
- Body weight and composition
- Push up and curl up tests (torso strength)
- Three-minute step test (cardiovascular)
- Sit and reach (flexibility)
Participants receive a copy of their test results and recommendations for an exercise program.
