2008 Pool Memberships

Three ways to get a membership:

  1. Internet:
Only credit card payments are accepted for electronic registration.
Instant Renewals:

You can instantly renew your pool membership using our e-connect system if there are absolutely no changes required on your membership since 2007, and you do not need any new cards.

This method cannot be used if:

  • A new or additional card is needed.
  • There are any changes in address or contact information.
  • Membership status has changed. (i.e. - single to family, child to adult, adult to senior, additional family members)
  • Client number and PIN are not known. (Past members can call our office, 913/895-6390, during business hours, 8 a.m.-5 p.m. to obtain the Client number and PIN).

Instant renewals are entered automatically into our membership database and take effect immediately.

New or Revised Membership:

Use the city's secure Web site registration form. This option is for new memberships or renewal memberships that require changes.

See the Membership Cards and Photographs section below for more details about cards, photos and establishing residency.

New or revised memberships are processed within a few business days.

  1. Mail in: You may pay by check or credit card. A check must have a current address on it. Fill out a printable registration form and mail it along with payment to:
