This program is for the swimmer who can swim 50 meters without stopping, using freestyle, breaststroke, butterfly or backstroke. The swimmer should have average or above average proficiency.
Swimmers
must be willing to practice at least three times per week. Attending five
days a week would increase their conditioning. Swimmers not meeting this
criteria will not be eligible to participate in the meets.

Practice is from 7 to 9 a.m. weekdays at Young's Pool.
All meets are on Thursdays, except the All-City Meet on Tuesday, July 15.

Stroke instruction is a special practice time for any swimmer who would like to work on a specific stroke. This practice time is especially important for any swimmer who was disqualified in a stroke during a meet.
