- Rhythmic breathing using side of wall
- Rhythmic breathing using the kick board
Locomotion:
- Flutter kick on front 10 yards without support

- Flutter kick on back 20 yards without support
- Back crawl 10 yards
Introduction to deep water:
- Jump into 4-5 feet of water without support
- Jump into deep water with support from instructor
Personal safety and rescue:
- Tread water for 30 seconds
