Achieve wellness, increase your energy and reduce stress by working out at the newly expanded Tomahawk Ridge Community Center.
The equipment on the fitness floor is state-of-the-art and designed to enhance your work-out. Cardio, circuit and free weights are all available and grouped by category. Lifetime Circuit Training Equipment includes:
- Chest press, pull down, should press, chest fly, tricep press, bicep curl, calf extension, leg press, leg curl, leg extension, hip adduction, hip abduction, back extension, abdominal curl and back row.
In addition, there are 11 treadmills, eight ellipticals, eight bicycles, one stepper and one rower.
Five 42-inch flat panel televisions and two additional 27-inch TVs are in ideal locations for viewing while working up a sweat.
